Made of HDPE but it is a ‘softer’ plastic than most of the other hoops listed on this web site
Hint: If making lactic curd, fill the hoop with curd, wait for 15 minutes and place more lactic curd to refill the hoop. Cheese must be covered with a cloth so it does not dry out between fills. Repeat several times to get nice full hoops of curd when demolding 24 hours later.
