  • Each syringe has a 0.1mL graduation, sterile and non-toxic, reusable if washed after use and sanitised with hot water prior to use.
  • These syringes are ideal for measuring out an exact volume of rennet, as opposed to using a teaspoon or similar.
  • Used for accurately measuring out other liquid ingredients such Calcium chloride, annatto, liquid mould spores, liquid Geotrichum Candidum.
  • It is recommended that you use separate syringes to measure different chemicals. Eg separate syringes for santisers and cheesemaking ingredients (rennet, CaCl etc).

I have found that over many years of providing cheesemaking courses, having some basic cheesemaking experience before you get to the course is an enormous help with taking in the information provided at the course.
