This is the 4th level of the premium cheese making kits. It is exactly the same as the ‘Premium Kit 11’ but has an 8 litre polycarbonate cheese vat included. This vat will make the actual cheesemaking very easy. It will allow you to turn 1000’s of litres of milk into many different varieties of cheese. Cheese such as eg Cheddar, Chev, Camembert and Brie, Feta, Persian Feta, Fresh Mozzarella, Chabichou, Edam and Gouda, Marinated Feta are just some of those cheese.

This kit comes with a Camembert, Cheddar, Persian Feta and Quark recipes and notes for those recipes The kit also comes with a Simple Easy Cheese recipe as an introduction to cheesemaking before you start making any of the cheese mentioned above.

Being the level 4 Premium Kit there are several items that have been left out of this kit to keep the price down. If you require any of the items below they can be purchased from the web site at the same time as your purchase the Kit. These items include:

  • 24 litre cheesemaking vat/jacket + lid
  • More 100mm hoops eg to make more Camembert
  • 2 more Metal Draining Racks
  • Another thermometer
  • Halloumi Hoop (the Halloumi recipe is offered with Premium Kit 11 if a Halloumi hoop is ordered)
  • Cheese Press for hard cheese

The recipes and notes provided with this cheesemaking kit do not replace the 14 hours of hands-on cheesemaking provided at the two-day Intensive Cheesemaking Courses, where many finer points of cheesemaking are discussed and put into practice.
