This Cheesemaking Kit allows you to make hundreds of a very simple cheese so that you can see how simple cheesemaking can be. It’s a great ‘starter’ kit if you have not been shown how to make cheese and the cheese is ready to eat a week after you make it. Once you have made a Simple Cheese, then you can keep repeating that cheese, but you can also decide the direction that you want your cheesemaking journey to go. The kit comes with a Simple Cheese Recipe and notes, a step by step introduction to making cheese.
The recipes and notes provided with this cheesemaking kit do not replace the 14 hours of hands-on cheesemaking provided at the two-day Intensive Cheesemaking Courses, where many finer points of cheesemaking are discussed and put into practice.
