The Goat, Chev and Persian Feta cheesemaking Kit will allow you to make 100’s of soft, fresh goat or cow styles of cheese. Styles of cheese that kit will allow you to make include Chev, Marinated Persian Feta, Quark, Labnah style and Goat Curd. The kit includes recipes and notes for Soft Lactic (Chev), Persian Feta and Quark recipes.
The recipes and notes provided with this cheesemaking kit do not replace the 14 hours of hands-on cheesemaking provided at the two-day Intensive Cheesemaking Courses, where many finer points of cheesemaking are discussed and put into practice.
