Suitable for Blue Vein Cheese
Blue cheese wrap is a single layer perforated wrap with a 15micron aluminium foil with cheese varnish which protects the aluminium foil from the acids in the cheese. Domestic foil is not recommended to be used in wrapping blue cheese, these foils are not made to the same standard and the foil may break down on contact with the acidic cheese surface.
Ensure all cheeses are dry on the surface before wrapping.
Place the matt (not the gloss) side against the cheese.
