Event description:

Make 10 cheeses over 2 days. This cheesemaking course is 100% hands on, you will perform all the cheesemaking; take your cheeses home when you are finished with a very extensive knowledge of how to make your own.

There are no pre-requisites or cheesemaking experience required to attend this course.

All materials and equipment are supplied. Dinner on the Friday night and lunch on the Saturday is also included plus a cheese and wine tasting at the end of the Saturday class at the adjoining winery

An email with the location and optional reading material will be sent to you approximately 4 weeks prior to the course commencing.

What cheeses you make at the Cheesemaking Course

Cheddar, Camembert, Greek Feta, Mozzarella, traditional whey ricotta, milk ricotta, Chabichou, marinated gourmet feta, Quark.

Course location

The course at being held at Urban Graze's new cooking school at Millthorpe. Millthorpe is a picturesque historic village set amid farms and is less than three hours drive from Sydney and 10 minutes drive from Orange Airport. Accommodation is not included in the course costs available through the Millthorpe Motel which is adjacent to the new Urban Graze cooking school
