Workshops in Brisbane are held at the Hospitality Training Association Inc (HTA).

HTA are proudly South-East Queensland's leading recruitment, employment and training specialists to the hospitality industry for over twenty years.   HTA is situated 2km from the CBD and 5km from the airport.  Their training facilities include numerous specialist kitchens, two restaurants and cocktail/lounge bar. Classrooms are equipped with state-of-the art equipment for the hospitality industry.
