Corporate Cheesemaking Courses

Cheesemaking is a great way to provide a unique environment for staff and/or clients to become better acquainted and build stronger relationships.

Everyone has eaten cheese but very few people have made it. Cheese is not hard to make but as a team building exercise, it gives groups a chance to work together, allocating tasks and relying on each team members dedication to produce the desired end product.

If a comfortable and relaxed environment is required to allow staff who may be unfamiliar with each other or who work in different areas of the business to build a common bond while having fun, then cheesemaking will allow that to happen. Team work is required to make the cheese but in a very supportive environment that is not physically or mentally demanding, but allows each team member to build a rapport with other members. This process can be from 2 – 4 hours long.

If a team building environment requires an outcome where one or more teams are required to use planning, people and time management and analyse their outcomes etc then a more intensive cheesemaking environment can be created to suit your needs.

In all cases no previous cheesemaking experience is necessary and Graham will work with your company to ensure that the desired outcomes are achieved.

All cheesemaking is hands on.
