Graham Redhead, one of Australia's most experienced Master Cheesemakers, has developed a unique series of programs which give participants the skills to make a variety of cheese in their own home: handmade, traditional and gourmet.
As a respected dairy professional and educator, Graham personally leads these intensive courses. Each student has a dedicated work station to ensure a 100% hands-on learning experience. All equipment and ingredients are provided. From start to finished product, every step is closely supervised so that the process and techniques of cheesemaking are clearly understood and applied.
There is also continuing discussion on how to set up at home in the most practical way. Detailed recipes and additional notes are supplied as a guide.
